Adele Wins Big At 2016 BRIT Awards | Music News

The 2016 Brit Awards took place last night with big winners and other events, like a David Bowie tribute by Lorde and a surprise Drake performance. Adele took home every award she was nominated for.


She won the Best British Female, British Single (“Hello”), British Album Of The Year (25) and Global Success awards. She also made a statement publicly supporting the under fire Kesha after picking up the statue for Best Female Solo Artist.


Other winners were James Bay (Best British Male), Tame Impala (International Group), Coldplay (British Group), One Direction’s “Drag Me Down” (British Artist Video), Justin Bieber (International Male), Bjork (International Female), Catfish And The Bottlemen (British Breakthrough Act), David Bowie (Icon Award) and Jack Garratt (Critics’ Choice)
