Some of the incidents in Alanis Morissette‘s “Ironic” weren’t exactly relateable to most people (I mean, where would you ever be surrounded by 10,000 spoons?). However, with the help of James Corden, we have a version that relates to the digital age.

 

On The Late Late Show With James Corden, Corden and Morissette performed a humourous version of the 90s hit. Instead of meeting your dream man’s wife, you accidentally swipe left on Tinder, and so on. Corden even takes fifteen seconds to parody the almost incomprehensible string of lyrics towards the end. However, the highlight was when they sang: “It’s singing Ironic, but there are no ironies” which many people acknowledged in the past! Watch the video below.
