Ariana Grande Cancels Performance In Portugal | Music News
Ariana Grande has been advised by her doctors to not sing for a few days due to a throat and sinus infection which will cause the cancellation of her upcoming performance at Rock in Rio in Lisbon, Portugal.
Ariana took to social media to express the news and how upset she was by this. “I’m deeply saddened to tell my babes in Portugal that I have to cancel my performance at Rock in Rio. (I’ve literally been crying over this for an hour)”.
Her new album Dangerous Woman entered at number 1 this week on the Official UK Charts, making her it her first UK number 1 album. Since the release and prior she has been on a hectic promotion schedule, which included her incredible duet with Christina Aguilera on The Voice final in the US.
An unhappy Grande goes on to say she will make it up to her Portuguese fans and give them a show they will never forget once she is back to full health.
“I promise to make it up to you, and give you the best show I’m capable of when I return…I love you all with all my heart”.
