Azealia Banks – Anna Wintour | Music Video

American rapper, singer, songwriter, and actress, Azealia Banks has released her brand new music video for her last single “Anna Wintour”, which is the first single of her upcoming sophomore album, Fantasea II: The Second Wave.

“Anna Wintour” is an R&B/Hip-Hop track that was produced by Junior Sanchez and written by Dorian Strickland, Kevin James, ‘Shug‘, Sanchez and Banks. The song is named after the editor-in-chief of Vogue magazine and is about self-empowerment.

The music video was directed by Matt Sukkar and consists of Azealia dancing to the beat of the song in an abandoned warehouse and later singing with a horn outside on factory catwalks.

Azealia said about the song: “Well, back when I was signed to Interscope, Interscope commissioned Junior Sanchez to do a remix of my song “Ice Princess,” from Expensive Taste, and the working title of the track he sent over was “Anna Wintour”. And there was this big, thumping sample in it that was like, “‘Anna Wintour/ Let me finish” And, for a while, I would just play it around my house while I cleaned, did chores and stuff. Then, I asked him to send me the beat bare”
