Brandon Flowers Announces New Solo Album ‘The Desired Effect’ | Music News

 

Brandon Flowers has announced the title and release date of his new album The Desired Effect. This release comes five years after Flowers’ debut solo album Flamingo. The album is produced and co-written with Ariel Rechtshaid, who has worked with the likes of Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Haim, Charli XCX, and Sky Ferreira to mention just a few. Flowers’ has said this album is going to be different from his previous work, especially due to the collaboration with Rechtshaid. The Killers singer also added that he has let Rechtshaid influence the direction of the album but has maintained he is in the thick of writing. The album will be released on the 18th of May.
