Bruce Willis No Longer Involved With Woody Allen’s New Movie | Film News
Although one of the first people to sign up for Woody Allen‘s 2016 as-yet untitled venture, Bruce Willis is dropping out. Yesterday, photos surfaced at CS showing Willis filming in costume alongside co-stars Jesse Eisenberg and Kristen Stewart. However, a few hours later, Deadline reported that Willis is being forced to drop out because of ‘scheduling issues’ between the film and stage play Misery.
This raises some questions. Willis has already been shooting scenes for the movie, so it doesn’t make sense that scheduling conflicts would arise now, mid production. Because of this, it’s likely that Willis has either been fired or quit. No further information has been released, apart from that Willis’ role is to be recast.
