You know that feeling you get when you introduce your two best friends to each other and they hit it off and you make a super-friend group, well I experienced that very same feeling of excitement when I saw the news of this super-band tour. Cage The Elephant, Foals and Silversun Pickups are taking to the road together and will be performing their “Spring Fling Rock AF 2016 Tour”, which begins on March 11th in California, venturing through many states in the process and finishing in Rhode Island.

With all bands releasing solid new material in the second half of 2015, their tunes are still fresh in our minds, so if you are local to any of the gigs, make sure you pick up a ticket soon. Just to sweeten the deal, Brooklyn band Bear Hands, who are rising stars in the indie-stratosphere will be an opener for this already incredible collection of bands.

A recent graduate with a BA in History. However, my passion lies in spreading the good word of music. Now I am all about the future, not what has happened in the past. From indie to electronic to chillwave to rap to folk, I love to write about all the up-and-coming gems of music as well as the legendary bands which have developed my love for music. Although it makes putting my music library on shuffle quite an undesirable experience. Feel free to follow me on twitter for more music related posts.
