CLOT And Mitchell & Ness Drop Lakers Vs Celtics Collaboration For All-Star Weekend | Fashion News

 

This weekend in the United States is the NBA All-Star Weekend in Charlotte, North Carolina.

 

And legendary sporting apparel company Mitchell & Ness has teamed up with CLOT for a new apparel capsule collection. You will be able to find two sets of knitted jerseys, shorts, and cardigans.

 

The collection, staring CLOT founder Edison Chen, Elle Hu and Nana Ouyang, is inspired by the iconic rivalry between the Los Angeles Lakers and Boston Celtics. More precisely, the rivalry between Magic Johnson and Larry Bird. Chen is a big fan of basketball and especially the NBA.

 

Chen said about the collaboration: “Jerseys have always been worn as fashion accessories, but every time it’s been delivered, it’s with technical fabric, so this was our own unique approach to it. i’ve recently been working with and learning the technique behind knitwear, so it was interesting to work with Mitchell & Ness on this jacquard knit.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

The collaboration will be available in all Juice stores and also on the website from February 15, in line with ALl-Star Weekend. In Los Angeles and Charlotte, the brand have decided to open a pop-up store from February 15-17. The collection will retail between $350 and $500.
