Clothes Show Live 2014 – Review And Highlights | Fashion News

5 DAYS OF FIERCE FASHION – from the 5th to the 9th of December, Clothes Show Live arrived for its 26th annual installment, once again to the NEC Arena in Birmingham. Fashion expert Dame Zandra Rhodes, who once said “a model can make a sack look good. If it doesn’t look good on a real body, there’s going to be a problem”, revealed retrospective trends and style techniques to an audience of masses, while designers such as Millie Mackintosh, Julien McDonald OBE, Dan Prasad and Sibling revealed their forthcoming lines, with top fashionistas including Andy Turner, Antonia O’Brien, Henry Holland and Hilary Alexander presenting catwalks and advising pundits, and designer outlets such as Bora Aksu and Muubaa offering discounted prices to all in attendance.

Not only does Clothes Show Live include fashion orientated aspects, but it also brings in hints of make-up artistry and detoxing, featuring brands like BooTea Teatox and Barry M. However the main attraction of the famous event is the award winning Alcatel One Touch Fashion Theatre curated by celebrity stylist Karl Willett – the 45-minute catwalk includes the talents of beautiful and brilliant models, and dancers like the amazing Johnny White and the mesmerizing Sophie Atkins and even more. The catwalk tops off the magical fashion experience, with the spectacular  combination of updated styles, and music, pulling Clothes Show Live 2014 all together.
