In an interesting speculation that riles up the fans within us, it seems like a Pokemon live action movie is well under way. According to a report by The Hollywood Reporter, a number of big named production companies like Legendary, Sony, and Warner Brothers are all currently undergoing a secret bid for the Nintendo property.
The Pokemon Company has apparently been courting Hollywood for a big budget live action movie, which putting consideration is a franchise that has strived well in animation, is a move that has been unprecedented among fans. So far we have had a number of possibilities in bringing fictional creatures into the real world, following the release of special live action advertisements for various Pokemon products.

Still, we look forward to seeing how this project will turn out. Though we’re really happy that this is becoming a reality, we’re sure PETA doesn’t share the same sentiment.
