Canada’s sweetheart is back with an incredibly interesting collaboration. A year after the critically acclaimed E•MO•TION, Carly Rae Jepsen teamed with British producer, Danny L Harle, for one of the most impressive singles of the year so far.
“Super Natural” is a sparking electro pop track featuring Danny’s signature bouncing synths and an uplifting chorus (“It’s just like we don’t try/We just fit, you and I/We are supernatural/Supernatural”) that transforms the track in a futuristic, acid-fuelled love song.
Carly is no stranger to summer hits – remember “Call Me Maybe”? – and this banger might become a late contender for this slightly disappointing season.
