Dave Grohl, Preservation Hall Jazz Band And Trombone Shorty Make Music In A Lift | Music News

NME Awards 2011 - Show - London

It is hard to think of an interesting or exciting lift ride, especially if we are used to the ones we have in the workplace, where silence and awkwardness are the main protagonists. But if your lift ride includes Foo Fighters’ frontman Dave Grohl, the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, and Trombone Shorty, how can you not be entertained?

The artists found themselves on the same lift before the Grammy Awards Show started, and the result was an incredible improvised performance, of which you can watch some footage here.

Let’s be honest, don’t you wish this was your everyday lift music?
