‘Dexter’ Protagonist Michael C. Hall Returns To TV In ‘God Fearing Man’ | TV News

 

The break was short for popular actor Michael C. Hall, who pretended to get away from the scene for some time after the success of Dexter where he was co- executive producer, as well as being the star of the legendary TV series. Michael C. Hall, is officially making his return to TV in the upcoming Stanley Kubrik miniseries God Fearing Man. The story was initially thought to be coming to cinemas as a film, but it has now been revealed that it will become a TV miniseries.

 

God Fearing Man is based on the true story of a Canadian minister named Herbert Emerson Wilson who turns to ‘safe cracking’ and becomes one of the “most successful American bank robbers in the early 20th century“, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The project had been development from 2012 by Entertainment One (eOne) and at the moment, there isn´t an official date for the premiere. The production team is happy with the addition of Hall to the project, with eOne’s Michael Rosenberg saying, “we cannot be more pleased to have Michael on board, who has time and again demonstrated an uncanny ability to portray captivating characters who must grapple with fundamental internal struggles“.
