Dolce And Gabbana Collaborate With Smeg To Create Designer Fridges | Fashion News
Two iconic yet unlikely Italian brands have collaborated to create a collection of the most individual fridges you will ever have seen. Dolce and Gabanna have paired up with Smeg to create luxury hand painted fridges.
The fridges consist of an array of vibrant colours incorporating Dolce and Gabbana’s exquisite flair, along side Smeg’s retro style. Each fridge contains its own traditional Italian story hand painted by Sicilian artists. They include medieval scenes from battlefields to the cobbled streets of Rome, all of which are in a tapestry style scene.
The fridges are on sale now and retail at approximately £30,000 each. The collection is to be unveiled during the Salone Internazionale de Mobile 2016 which takes place in central Milan from the 12th to the 17th of April.
