Maintaining his spot atop the Billboard album chart, Drake has hit half a billion streams on his latest release from last month. This feat tops Beyonce’s Lemonade which set the record before this, but Drake has officially doubled her record. According to Nielsen, it has been streamed 572 million times since it’s release 3 weeks ago.

Drake also holds the top spot on the Hot 100 with “One Dance”, replacing Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop The Feeling”. This also follows news that Colouring Book by Chance The Rapper was the first release to hit the Billboard charts as a streaming exclusive.

Hey, I'm Sam and I'm a big fan of music from all genres, with some of my favourites being Experimental Hip Hop and dream pop. I also love video games and their soundtracks, particularly Final Fantasy and Metal Gear Solid games.
