First Poster And Official Title Unveiled For ‘Jurassic World’ Sequel | Film News

There is a year to go until the June 22, 2018 release date of the Jurassic World sequel, and the movie franchise celebrated this by tweeting the first official poster and title, unveiling Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom to the world.

The film will see Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard reprise their roles as Owen Grady and Claire Dearing, alongside BD Wong as Dr. Henry Wu. Jeff Goldblum is also making a return to the franchise as Ian Malcolm and making a significant impact on the film, as it was revealed he has made his own contributions to the script.

Rather fittingly, “Life Finds A Way” on the newly released poster is a nod to Jeff Goldblum’s tag line from Jurassic Park. It hints at a journey of survival whilst the title Fallen Kingdom follows on well from The Lost World. Nonetheless, a lot of mystery remains surrounding the sequel.

The latest reveal comes after director J.A. Bayona provided “a first look of the new Jurassic adventure” (and a new character) in March. Again, the update was shrouded with mystery and it looks like we’ll just have to wait until next year to fully know the details of Fallen Kingdom.
