Norway native, Flores, has now unveiled her new single, “Oceans”, which will become available for purchase on Friday, June 10, via True Colours. Production is delivered by frequent collaborator, Maths Time Joy, the one who also produced her previous single, “Afterglow”.
“Oceans” starts delicate and fragile, tinkling akin to kids’ toys. The bass, though, kicks in, giving it great depth. It gets real moody, yet still very soulful. The delivery, in fact, might remind one of Janet Jackson. The closing moments have a vocal refrain, just intermittent keys and what appears to be the sound of rain outside.
