I’m sure it’s safe to assume that we’re all excited for the upcoming revival of The X-Files in 2016, right? Well, what better way to take that anticipation up a notch than a new and exclusive teaser trailer from FOX?
Evidently, Mulder is still quite engrossed in his unearthly theories, for we’re told in the trailer that ‘The Truth is still out there’. That truth, it seems, is in dire need of discovery, as we’re given several peeks of Scully and Mulder’s action packed adventures throughout the 46-second promo. Looking older but still just as familiar, Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny reprise their infamous roles on the 24th of January, 2016. The series will run for six episodes, with a combination of new storylines and those oh-so-loved old ones. Who doesn’t love a bit of nineties nostalgia?
