Frank Ocean’s New Album Might Be Released This Month | Music News

July might be remember for something else than the American Independence Day and Canada Day: Frank Ocean‘s second full-length album Boys Don’t Cry is about to be released, apparently.

The latest update to Frank’s website (which you can find here) shows a picture of all the tentative release dates for his project, starting from the prophetic “July 2015” announced more than a year ago. Now, the July release prediction may come to fruition, just one year later.

The only concern to Ocean’s fans is regarding another date showed: “November 13, 2016” sits completely out of place, partially obscured by other digits. Could this be the real release date? Are we really strong enough to patiently wait 5 more months?

I speak as loud as the volume I listen to music, and this is probably symptomatic of my love for pop music: I love pop music because it is often unapologetically in-your-face, it shouts rather than tell, it drives you crazy. And after 21 years loving pop music, I think I’ve completely gone mad. It all started in 1997, when my mum bought me my first cassette: needless to say, it was ‘Barbie Girl’ by Aqua, and from that point on, it’s been a never-ending loving relationship between me and music. I study, work and live life part-time, and listen to music full-time.
