WINNER embody the beauty of rebellious youth in a gorgeous photo shoot with High Cut. Despite their fresh off the runway looks and ethereal expressions, the four members got down and honest about their casual lives and music origins.

Member Seung-yoon shared, “These days, Mino and I restyle our clothes as a hobby. We relieve stress by taking strolls outside in the sun, with masks and hoodies on to avoid attention. At night, we dress in all black when we’re out.

On music, Mino spoke of his childhood memories: “When I was in sixth grade in elementary school, I went over to a friend’s house with two other friends, wrote my very first song and recorded it on a cassette tape. It was my first ever project.

When asked what the hardest song to work on was, Mino chose his single “Shoot” from his Infinity Challenge appearance. “It was really difficult to express my emotions in lyrics while staying within the criteria.

Member Seung-hoon laughed when prompted by his nickname – “YG’s Director Lee”. “I enjoy creating new ideas and I do spend a lot of time at our company’s office,” he explained.

Jin-woo wrapped up the interview by recommending that people listen to their title track “Really Really” when “starting a relationship, which feels like the spring season. Which is now!
