Glastonbury 2019: What We Already Know So Far | Music News

 

The festival we are all waiting for is a year away from happening, but the excitement for it is so big that everyone is trying to find some news about it. Glastonbury Festival is one of the most famous music events in the UK and all around the world. It takes places in Somerset, England every year at the end of June, but this year it did not happen.

 

The big scoop about the 2019 edition was dropped by the festival founder, Michael Evis, who told a journalist that the headliners will be two or three artist that have never played at the festival before. Organiser Emily Evis revealed that the team have booked one headliner so far and confessed that she doesn’t mind what genre the artist plays as long as they make a great show.

 

Down below is the lineup from last year and the most quoted from NME magazine for the 2019 edition are Paul McCartney, Kendrick Lamar, Madonna and Fleetwood Mac.
