Gorillaz To Record First Album In Five Years | Music News
It has been many years since the world’s best virtual band, the Gorillaz, has released any new material, but the brainchild behind the band, Damon Albarn, has revealed that he will hit the studio in September to record a new album. The Blur frontman has quite a hectic workload at the moment, as Blur are currently on their first Australia tour in almost two decades, but Albarn admits to being keen on recording new material for his virtual side-band. “I’d love to just get back in to that routine of being at home and coming to the studio five days a week”, he said.
