Gotham has premiered a new teaser trailer showing Detective Jim Gordon joining the force. Ben McKenzie plays Gordon , war hero who is enlisted to join the Gotham City police department as a Detective. The series will focus on the young Gordon as he sees the city get worse as new criminals emerge. In the trailer, Gordon is shown walking towards a crime scene and being confronted by his enemies. Writers behind the show have revealed that every episode this season will introduce a new character that could potentially become Batman’s arch nemesis Joker. Gotham is scheduled to arrive on the 22nd of September 2014 on FOX.
