American rock band Green Day made their live US return on April 16, at the House of Blues in Cleveland, Ohio. The band was joined onstage by Tim Armstrong from the band Rancid. During this collaboration, well known songs from both artists were performed, such as “Minority” by Green Day, and “Radio” which is a song from Armstrong’s former band Operation Ivy. In related news, Green Day is shortly to be inducted into Cleveland’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame along with Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble, Bill Withers, The Paul Butterfield Blues Band and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts.
