Yes, the news of One Direction heading in separate directions was sad but they have not stopped putting out music. Ex bandmate Zayn is definitely in the lead but it seems Harry is coming for his place in the charts as his debut album is finally underway.
Harry did decide to take a trip into the acting world but has not forgotten his first passion, singing. He has the backing of Columbia Records who believe in his talent and think he could take out bandmates with this new compilation.
Being that the band were global stars very early in their musical careers, there is no reason why Harry should not be able to maintain his international fame with his solo music career. There is no set date for anything to be released but we can be expecting something soon.
