Henry Cavill Reveals Superman Will Not Apear In ‘Suicide Squad’ | Film News
Suicide Squad quickly became one of the most anticipated films of 2016 after the teaser trailer was released during a panel at San Diego Comic Con earlier this summer. From leaked clips online during filming, we did see scenes with Batman (Ben Affleck) riding on the top of the Joker’s (Jared Leto) car with Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) sitting in the passenger’s seat.
With Affleck soon to first appear on the big screen as Batman in DC’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, it was unsure as to whether Henry Cavill would fly onto the screens for a small Superman cameo. When talking to Metro, Cavill revealed that he will not be in 2016’s Suicide Squad, however he did add that he could see the character appearing in any sequels to the rag-team of bad guys film.
