High Tyde – Do What You Want | New Music

It’s moments like these when you realise how little you’ve achieved with your life. When brilliant material such as this has been released indicating the sheer amount of potential young bands like High Tyde truly have.

After their debut Fuzz EP which was released earlier this year, High Tyde are back with their energetic Two Door Cinema Club style riffs and catchy vocals. In their new single “Do What You Want” their fun indie-pop sound shines through, as if they’re trying to keep summer going regardless of the fact that the leaves are starting to fall to the ground.

This Brighton based quartet of indie-popers who recently headlined the second stage at the Underground Festival last Saturday will be releasing their second EP Flow in November, on which “Do What You Want” will appear. You can listen to the track below

A recent graduate with a BA in History. However, my passion lies in spreading the good word of music. Now I am all about the future, not what has happened in the past. From indie to electronic to chillwave to rap to folk, I love to write about all the up-and-coming gems of music as well as the legendary bands which have developed my love for music. Although it makes putting my music library on shuffle quite an undesirable experience. Feel free to follow me on twitter for more music related posts.
