After the huge anticipation, Jay Z’s Tidal-exclusive concert finally took place last night (May 16) at Terminal 5 in New York. Instead of tickets being available for sale, fans only had the opportunity to attend the event, by taking part in an online-contest through Tidal, where they had to submit possible playlists for the concert. Jay Z’s performance was unsurprisingly an epic one, since the Hip Hop mogul performed his classic B-sides and tracks he never performed live before, plus special guest appearances from Young Jeezy, Jay Electronica and Memphis Bleek. Jay Z also reunited with Beanie Sigel, Freeway and State Property for a special performance.
