After announcing the project on the Howard Stern‘s show, Bryan Cranston has found his co-star for the drama Wakefield: indeed, Jennifer Garner has joined the crew to play Cranston‘s wife in the upcoming movie.
The story is a screenplay written by Robin Swicord, who is also directing the movie, and it is based on a 1837 short story by Nathaniel Hawthorne. It tells the story of a New York lawyer (Cranston) who leaves his wife (Garner) to live in his cramped attic after he experiences a nervous breakdown. According to recent pictures, they are already shooting the movie in Pasadena, California.
