Jessie Ware – 12 (Demo) | New Music

Jessie Ware´s sophomore album Tough love is out today in the UK (and on October 21 in North America), and she has shared a track which is not in the album, a demo titled “12”. It was a collaboration with Rhye’s Robin Hannibal. The song is backed mostly by perfect minimalist percussion arrangements created by an electronic drums, snaps and a kind of xylophone, and Ware’s angelical voice fits perfectly with this electronic relaxing backdrop. Its’ quality and calm make you feel good while you listen to the song.

Jessie reveals that she made “12” with Robin Hannibal last year at Red Bull Studios London, saying that she “loved him since hearing Quadron’s Average Fruit and although this track never made it onto ‘Tough Love’, it was a joy to work with Robin finally. This is a song for my Sam and I hope you like it, play it late and go kiss someone x“. So, enjoy this relaxing and beautiful song, and let the love flow below.
