Jill Marie Jones Lands Leading Role In ‘Ash Vs Evil Dead’ | TV News
American horror TV series Ash vs Evil Dead has brought on Jill Marie Jones to join its series, which is a follow-up to the original Evil Dead film series. Jones is set to play Michigan native Amanda Fisher, who has been ill affected by the ugly murder of her partner. Amanda feels resentful, and goes out to seek justice, and her prime suspect is main character Ash, played by Bruce Campbell. Yet she is conflicted, because Ash and his brutally handy buddies may be the only hope of survival against the rise of the Evil Dead. The show’s first season will be made up of ten 30-minute episodes, and will premiere on Starz later this year.
