AMC has released yet another trailer for the upcoming second season of Better Call Saul titled Yo soy Saul (or I am Saul), and in it we’re shown a disgruntled looking Jimmy McGill aka Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk) amidst the shady deals, confrontations and all round chaos of a dive bar, a Mariachi band providing a light, upbeat tune to the atmosphere; perhaps a little foreshadowing of what this new season holds for Jimmy, as he goes from somewhat straight-laced public defender to the shady, scheming Saul Goodman we all know and love from the hit series Breaking Bad.

Season one of the show ended on a bit of a downer for Jimmy; things finally seemed to being going his way until he was betrayed by his brother and cheated out of a major deal that would have made his career. It will definitely be interesting to see how he handles these issues, as well as the events that lead him to become the character of Saul Goodman.

This season will also see the return of Jonathan Banks in his role as Mike Ehrmantraut alongside Odenkirk, and there are rumours of cameos from some Breaking Bad favourites like Gustavo Frink (Giancarlo Esposito), Walter White (Bryan Cranston) and Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul). In an interview with Variety, Paul says he’s “absolutely open to the idea…But I don’t know when that may be“.

The second season of Better Call Saul premieres on February 15 in the US and February 16 in the UK on Netflix.
