Kent Jones – Different Lover (Tokyo) | New Music

 

When I initially heard this song, I thought we had another Kent Jones on the scene because surely it couldn’t be the same one who sang the hip pop anthem, “Don’t Mind”. But it was.

 

She was a girl from Tokyo” is what Mr Jones is singing to us in his 80s infused track, “Different Lover (Tokyo)”. I am a huge fan of that era of music as it’s what I grew up on and so I have to give it to Kent for vocally and lyrically nailing this track.

 

I’ve added it to my playlist and would advise any music lover to do the same. Check out “Different Lover (Tokyo)” below and hear why:
