The fifth series of the Top 20 chart-selling DVD series Lord Of The Mics is gearing up for release later next month, on December 16 to be precise. Since inception in 2001 when it helped launch the careers of some of the current biggest names in Grime and UK Hip-Hop including Wiley, Kano and SKepta, the Lord of the Mics series has now become one of the permanent fixtures in the Top 20 UK Christmas album chart and this new series should be no different.
The official DVD is to be released on December 16 featuring clashes between Maxsta and Lil’ Nasty as well as Blizzard and Virgin/EMI signed Big Shizz among others, with the accompanying audio soundtrack featuring music from the likes of Big Narstie, Skepta, Roll Deep, D Double E and much more.
