Mark Ronson caught up with the NME recently to talk about that whole X Factor thing, with his song “Uptown Funk” being performed as a cover before its release in the UK. It seems he has forgiven X Factor though, and he is pleased to have his first UK number 1 hit. Ronson admitted to being a little annoyed with the cover getting released on iTunes, but he states that once music is out, it should just be out everywhere, but for reasons related to the music industry, that’s not usually the case.
