Drummer Lars Ulrich has made a video introducing fans to Metallica‘s newly refurbished website. Partly filmed in their studio, the video included a very sneaky short listen to what’s presumed to be a brand new riff! They’ve been working on new material since last year but this makes it all the more real and hints that something big should be on its way very soon. From what we can hear from the small snippet, this new material will be of the usual Metallica recipe; raw, crushing, and with that relentlessly classic sound.
