Micheal Keaton In Early Talks To Play ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Antagonist | Film News
It’s an exciting time to be a Spider-Man fan, with Sony Pictures confirming that the new reboot of the series is entitled Spider-Man: Homecoming, Variety has reported that Oscar-nominee actor Micheal Keaton is in early talks to play the films main antagonist. The identity of this antagonist is being kept under wraps, but rumours are circulating that Vulture has an appearance in the feature – real name Adrian Toomes.
One recalls Sam Raimi’s casting of John Malkovich as the same character in the never to be seen never the less happen Spider-Man 4, making the reboot even more interesting with the news of Keaton’s possible involvement in the project.
