Miguel, Mary J. Blige & Sufjan Stevens Among Oscars 2018 Performers | Music News
If you weren’t excited for the upcoming 90th Academy Awards ceremony, which will be held on March 4, you should be now that the musical acts have just been announced. It includes some of the best original songs from last year’s films – all of which are nominated for Best Original Song award.
The list features Miguel with Gael García Bernal and Natalia LaFourcade, who will perform “Remember Me” – a song, taken from fantasy animation film Coco. Best Supporting Actress nominee Mary J. Blige will sing “Mighty River” from historical drama Mudbound.
“This Is Me“, taken from the chart-topping The Greatest Showman soundtrack album, will be performed by Keala Settle. In addition, Sufjan Stevens will sing his beautiful acoustic ballad “Mystery of Love” from Call Me by Your Name and Andra Day & Common will unite for Marshall‘s “Stand Up for Something“.
Don’t miss this year’s Oscars and remember the date – 8 p.m. ET on March 4, live on ABC.
