Nicki Minaj‘s input is featuring heavily into the completion of her new sitcom which will be labelled, Nicki. The ABC family channel will be housing Nicki in 2016, and will feature Nicki narrating her story throughout (think Everybody Hates Chris).
Written by Kate Angelo, (The Back-Up Plan) it will form a story of a young Nicki who once lived in queens and had a desire to divulge deeper into music; played by: Ariana Neal, and Whoopie Goldberg herself making a guest appearance. Whether a fan of Nicki Minaj’s or not, it would seem that this show will venture into a childhood that will definitely draw in the viewers. Stay tuned…
