Noah And The Whale Announce Split To Concentrate On Solo Projects | Music News
After eight years and four albums as a band, Noah and The Whale have sadly announced they will no longer be playing as a band in order to concentrate on solo projects. The English indie rock band released their debut album Peaceful, The World Lays Me Down in 2007 and has since made a positive mark on indie music, creating a strong fan base. They released three more albums: The First Days Of Spring, Last Night On Earth and, most recently, Heart Of Nowhere in 2013.
In a message to fans, the band described their time together as “Incredible” and went on to say: “There are too many people to mention in this short message but we would like to take this opportunity to give special thanks to all of our amazing fans, who have supported us so magnificently over the years and made everything possible”. However, all members will be continuing with music in different forms.
