OBEY Unveils Fall 2014 Lookbook | Fashion News
The OBEY Fall 2014 Lookbook has finally arrived and there are some unique and outstanding pieces in both the men’s and women’s collections. Founded by Shepard Fairey, the clothing line is all about experience and variety. The fall collection includes a lot of chequered shirts and trousers, with the occasional use of bright colour. Keeping in with the constant classic military design, you can expect to see oversized jumpers, bomber jackets and tough leather jackets.
Basic stripes and dark florals make for great work-wear staples. The line very much maintains its skateboarding and punk rock feel with sturdy outerwear and signature beanies and snapbacks. There are some nice surprises such as the introduction of breeches. Keeping true to the designer’s ideals and art, the clothes importantly continue to convey political and popular culture messages, keeping true to its roots. Check out more pieces from the collection here and here.
