Earlier in the week, rapper T.I was asked about the candidates in the upcoming presidential election. On Hillary Clinton, he commented:
“Not to be sexist but, I can’t vote for the leader of the free world to be a woman.” He went on to say women “make rash decisions emotionally” and that this makes them unsuited to top jobs.
Oprah Winfrey has now criticised his comments when asked by TMZ what she thought of the situation.“Nobody said that, in this day and age” She said.
The TV personality and talk-show host added: “Well, you know what I say to that… I want to say, ‘Honey child, hush your mouth. You don’t know what you’re talking about.’ That’s what I would say… I don’t buy it, you know, it’s not true. I think people just like to talk.”
