Phillip Glass To Compose Music for ‘Fantastic Four’ Reboot | Film News

For 20th Century Fox’s latest Fantastic Four movie, director Josh Trank is over the moon to confirm that Phillip Glass will be providing the music; alongside Marco Beltrami. Glass has been a well-established artist since the 1950s, working with opera, dance, and film. He is new to scoring for superhero fantasy films, but his achievements so far prove him an exciting candidate. Oscar Award nominations for Glass include scores for The Hours, and Notes on a Scandal, and in 1999, he was the winner of a Golden Globe award for the soundtrack he wrote for The Truman Show<.
