Rihanna and Justin Bieber are among a star studded line up set to headline V Festival 2016. V Festival will take place in two locations, Hylands Park in Chelmsford, and Weston Park in Staffordshire on August 20-21. Both Rihanna and Bieber are set to top the bill, with other artists that include Sia, Little Mix, David Guetta, Kaiser Chiefs and Bastille. Rita Ora, Years and Years, John Newman, Craig David, as well as Katy B and Jess Glynne will also perform sets during the festival.
