Rolling Stones’ Keith Richards Announces ‘Crosseyed Heart’ Solo Album | Music News

Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards has announced that he will be releasing a new solo album Crosseyed Heart on September 18. The first single from the album is due for release on July 17 and is called “Trouble”. Richards said of the new album, “I had a ball making this new record and working with Steve Jordan and Waddy Wachtel again, there’s nothing like walking into a studio and having absolutely no idea what you’re going to come out with on the other end”.

The inspiration for his third solo release comes from “reggae, rock, country and the blues“, according to Richards. The Rolling Stones in the mean time are in talks about releasing some new material, so watch this space. Regardless of this, the band has announced an exhibition taking place 016, called Exhibitionism. This will be showcasing rare tracks, memorabilia and original artwork that spans the length of the group’s career.

Before this I studied Events Management and received a NVQ Level 3 and currently studying an interest course in Media Studies. I love to keep my brain ticking over and have a strong interest in music. I was brought up listening to the likes of Queen and Meatloaf as well as various 80s bands/singers including Bonnie Tyler. I listen to Bullet For My Valentine, Bryan Adams and Green Day to name but a few. My passion is music, but I also love to read and be out and about discovering new things.
