Samuel L Jackson Plays The President In Domestic Trailer For ‘Big Game’ | Film Trailer
Back in January, we got to see the international trailer for Jalmari Helander‘s adventure flick Big Game and now it’s time to take a look at the new US domestic trailer. Starring young Onni Tommila as thirteen-year-old Oskari, what begins as a traditional quest to prove himself by spending 24 hours alone in the wilderness with just a bow and arrow, soon turns into a real action adventure when he comes across the wreckage of a plane crash and finds the President of the Unites States, played by non other than Samuel L. Jackson. Deciding to help out the President, Oskari soon realizes a group of kidnappers are hot on their trail with the intent of harming the President. This unlikely duo must fight their way to safety and search for the American Special Forces Team that’s been sent out to help them.
As ‘President Kidnap’ movies goes, this by far sounds the craziest and no doubt will find a suitable audiences that’s happy to just watch Jackson being a kick ass President for a while. Still, the trailer looks as low budget as you’d expect and I can’t say I’m expecting anything exceptional from Big Game. With a cast including Ray Stevenson, Felicity Huffman, Victor Garber, Jim Broadbent and Jaymes Butler, Big Game opens in a limited release of VOD on June 26, 2016.
