Sarah Paulson Joins Cast Of M. Night Shyamalan’s ‘Glass’ | Film News

 

Sarah Paulson has been cast in M. Night Shyamalan‘s thriller Glass, a sequel to both Unbreakable AND Split, Shyamalan revealed in a tweet earlier this year.

 

The news was announced on Twitter by the writer/director, who wrote: “Incredibly fortunate to round out our iconic cast of actors on #Glass… @MsSarahPaulson will be joining us. #powerhouse.” Paulson, a powerhouse indeed, joins the likes of James McAvoy, Bruce Willis, Anya Taylor-Joy, and Samuel L. Jackson, who each reprise their roles from the Shyamalan works.
 

Sarah Paulson’s career has sky rocketed since appearing in Ryan Murphy‘s American Horror Story, set for its seventh season: Cult. She also gained critical acclaim for her portrayal of Marcia Clark in American Crime Story: The People v. O. J. Simpson, winning the Critics’ Choice Television Award, Emmy Award, TCA Award, Screen Actors Guild Award and Golden Globe for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Miniseries.

 

Glass been given a January 18, 2019 release date by Universal.
