The Stone Temple and Velvet Revolver frontman has been pronounced dead at the age of only 48. His manager has failed to conclude the cause of death but TMZ has claimed he died around the time of 9pm in his sleep. For many who didn’t know Scott Weiland he has seen much success with his group: The Stone Temples, which was formed in the 80’s. They have won a grammy with the single “Plush” that also earned the title of Best New Artist VMA in 1994. 

 

Velvet Revolver – has seen much success to with his 2004 debut: “Contraband”, reaching number 1 on the billboards (double – platinum) with two of the singles; “Slither” and “Fall To pieces” reaching the gold standards. Watch Scott Weiland in action below. R.I.P
