Sheena is an up and coming artist hailing from Australia who’s set to release her new single “Reality”, an electro-pop tune brimming with synthesised melodies. The song is slow and relaxed in its groove, with a heavy swelling bass warping in and out of volume – it drives the song like a constant series of waves and accentuates Sheena’s voice immensely, having a smooth, yet powerful, soul-like quality.
The song’s overall theme is about being able to be herself without the opinions of others getting in her way, not letting other heads rule how she wishes to be. By now, Sheena is used to working with lots of big names such as Ronan Keating, Leona Lewis, and Benji and Joel Madden (Good Charlotte); It’s a clear sign that Sheena is set for the bright lights of music stardom.
