Always felt slightly jealous when watching films and MTV videos of our American cousins partying in their bikinis and teeny tiny shorts.. with their red plastic cups and crazy summer breaks??? Well now, its London’s turn to celebrate the Summer with our very own Spring Break… Wooo Hooo!!! On Saturday, April 19 (Bank Holiday Weekend) at the ICAN Fairground in East London, Spring Break London will be taking over the weekend with an all day and all night non-stop party, starting at 11am all the way through to 10pm, and then again from 10pm to 5am.
Whilst we might not have the weather that they have down on Daytona Beach and down in Cancun, we can party like those from no other nation on Earth, as we finally have a gathering where people from across the entire London can come and be part of something and fully immerse themselves in the unique experience that is ‘Spring Break London’.
There will be the hottest DJ sets from London’s finest including DJ Unbeetable, DJ Xavier, DJ A Star, DJ Fii Fii, DJ Yung Milli, DJ So Good, DJ Collo and Miss DJ Candy. This amazing mix of DJs will be bringing you banging beats with a complete array of music styles from R&B, House, Afrobeats and Dancehall to Reggae Soca, Zouk, Salsa, Old Skool Garage, Jungle, 80’s, 90’s and Complete Club Classics. There will also be live performances from Shiikane, Rotimo Soul, Ade Swag, G-Star, Silvastone, Kida Kudz and Yemi Rush.
Not only will there be the hottest beats being mixed up for you all day, but there will be the tastiest food and drinks being served up from BBQs, cocktails and ice creams. If at any point through out the day you get a little warm, well fear not you can immerse yourself in an out-door Jacuzzi. There will be events going on that any one can get involved in, from a dance competition to a best and worst dressed completion – so guys and girls if you have been practicing your twerking, this is the place to be.
